Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please review our guidelines below.

Domestic Returns (Within Canada)

Window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Process: To start a return, please contact us at hello@bellwoodsgolf.com. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions to complete the process.

International Returns

Final Sale: All international orders are Final Sale. Due to the complexities of international logistics, we are currently unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders shipped outside of our domestic region.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original form of payment.

Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
